Welcome to our 8th annual Children’s Festival featuring the best the world has to offer for children of all ages.
Responding to your requests for more circus-oriented shows, this year we have 4 great circus/vaudeville presentations for you. From Taiwan, the National School of Acrobatics has a dazzling show; Jamie Adkins from San Diego will amaze with his daring slack-wire routine; fresh from an appearance on David Letterman, Montrealer Michel Lauziere brings his wacky inventiveness to the Okanagan; and the Silly People from Kitchener will perform their nutty street show and teach children how to juggle.
Rounding out the mainstage program is the ever-popular Charlotte Diamond, rock ‘n roll for preschoolers with the Marnie Grey Band and a scintillating capoeria dance show from Brazil and Vancouver, Ache Brasil.
You’ll love our new dance and drama improv workshop tent, Move ’n Groove. The Visual Arts, the Aboriginal Village and the Science Tent have all expanded to meet the demand and the whole festival site is geared to entertaining, educational hands-on FUN!
